About
I'm a project and business operations manager with more than eight years of experience across SaaS, fintech, and technology. I worked as a project manager in Munich on payment solutions across European markets, after first getting to know Germany through an Erasmus exchange and an industrial placement during my studies. Before that, I led AI and digital projects for government and enterprise clients. Today I build the operational structure behind an AI software company: processes, reporting, and the handover between sales and delivery. I'm PMP and PMI-ACP certified, work in English, German, and Arabic, and I'm ready to relocate to Germany.
